Refund Policy
Applies to: All residents and their legal guardians/family representatives
At CNRN ELDERS CARE, we understand the emotional and financial investment that families make in entrusting us with the care of their loved ones. To ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual accountability, this refund policy outlines the terms under which fees and deposits may be refunded.
Admission Fee
- - A one-time, non-refundable Admission Fee is charged at the time of onboarding.
- - This fee covers medical assessments, documentation, background checks, room allocation, and administrative processing.
Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Residential Fees
- - Residential charges are collected in advance.
- A 30-day prior written notice is mandatory.
- Refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, excluding the current month's service charges.
- Partial usage of any month is considered a full month for billing purposes.
- - In the event of an early discontinuation of services:
Medical and Emergency Services
- - Emergency medical care, ambulance services, or hospital transfers are chargeable and non-refundable, irrespective of duration or outcome.
- - Prepaid health packages (like physiotherapy, counseling, or palliative care) are non-refundable once initiated.
Security Deposit
- - A refundable security deposit, if applicable, will be returned within 45 working days of formal discharge or demise.
- - Deductions may apply for:
- Outstanding dues (medical, personal use, damages)
- Room cleaning and sanitation
- No interest shall be paid on the deposit amount.
Refund in Case of Demise
- - In case of the unfortunate demise of a resident:
- Refundable portions of prepaid amounts (excluding admission and utilized service fees) will be paid to the registered nominee/next of kin.
- Supporting documents (death certificate, nominee ID) are required for processing.
Refund Processing Timeline
- - All eligible refunds shall be initiated within 30–45 working days, post clearance of dues and receipt of a formal written request.
- - Refunds will be made via bank transfer or cheque in the name of the legal nominee.
