Privacy Policy

Applies to: Residents, families/guardians, staff, and visitors

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between [Your Facility Name] and the resident or guardian, ensuring smooth, respectful, and safe operations at our care facility.

Admission and Eligibility

Admission is subject to:

  • - Medical assessment by our in-house doctor or empanelled physician
  • - Submission of valid ID, medical reports, and legal consent forms
  • - Acceptance of facility rules and signing of this Agreement

We reserve the right to deny or revoke admission if falsified information is provided or if specialized care beyond our capacity is required.


Services Offered

We offer the following services:

  • - Safe accommodation and hygienic living spaces
  • - Nutritious meals tailored to medical needs
  • - Regular health checkups and medicine management
  • - Recreation, mobility assistance, mental wellness activities
  • - Assisted living support (bathing, grooming, movement)

Additional services (therapy, specialist doctors, ambulance, etc.) are provided at extra cost.


Code of Conduct

  • Residents are expected to maintain basic decorum and hygiene.
  • Visitors must adhere to visitation hours and ID verification.
  • Physical violence, verbal abuse, or violation of facility norms can lead to disciplinary action or discharge.

Financial Terms

  • Payments must be made in advance as per selected plan.
  • Late payment of dues beyond 5 days attracts a penalty of ₹100/day or 2% monthly interest, whichever is higher.
  • Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in service suspension or termination.

Medical Emergencies

  • - Emergency services will be provided immediately, and the family/guardian will be informed.
  • - The facility shall not be held responsible for:
    • Any pre-existing or undisclosed health condition
    • Natural causes of death or post-hospital complications

Discharge Policy

  • - Discharge may be: Voluntary (with 30-day notice)
    • Due to medical non-compatibility.
    • Behavioral violations.
    • Or after demise.
    • Full exit documentation and clearance must be completed.

Legal and Compliance

  • - Discharge may be: Voluntary (with 30-day notice)
    • Cnrnelderscare abides by all Indian laws related to elder care, safety, and human rights.
    • In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will lie with the courts of [City/District].

Policy Updates

  • - The Facility reserves the right to update these policies at any time, with at least 15 days’ notice.
